Shipping & Delivery

Every BeautyDrapes order is packed with care in the UK and sent with Royal Mail tracked delivery, so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched within 1–2 working days. Orders placed at weekends or on UK bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day. You will receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.

Delivery options and times

Delivery times are Royal Mail’s estimates and are not guaranteed. Customs checks, strikes or bad weather can occasionally cause delays.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight and destination, using Royal Mail’s prices. You will always see the exact cost before you pay. 

International orders, customs and duties

Orders sent outside the UK may be charged import duties, taxes or handling fees by your country’s customs office. These charges are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are the customer’s responsibility. Please check your country’s import rules before ordering. If a parcel is refused or returned because these charges were not paid, we can refund the items, but not the original shipping cost or the cost of the return.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your dispatch email, or enter your tracking number at royalmail.com/track-your-item.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking hasn’t updated for 5 working days (UK) or 10 working days (international), contact us and we will open a claim with Royal Mail. If your order arrives damaged, please email a photo of the parcel and items within 48 hours of delivery and we will put it right.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us straight away; once a parcel has been dispatched we cannot change the address.
