These terms apply to every order placed on beautydrapes.com. By placing an order, you agree to them. They do not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

1. About us

2. Our products

• We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens, and hair texture can vary a little between batches.
• Products are synthetic fibre unless clearly labelled 100% human hair.
• Colour codes (such as 1B, 30 or 350) follow the manufacturer’s labelling. If you’re unsure which shade to choose, message us before ordering.
• Hair care products are for external use only. Please read the label and do a patch test before first use.

3. Prices and currency

• Our prices are set in British pounds (GBP). Shoppers in the USA, Europe and Canada see prices and pay in US dollars, euros or Canadian dollars, converted using our current exchange rate.
• The price and currency shown at checkout is the amount you will be charged. Your bank or PayPal may add its own fees.
• Delivery costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
• If a price is shown incorrectly because of an obvious error, we will contact you and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send your dispatch confirmation email. If an item is out of stock or we can’t accept your order, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

5. Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout through PayPal, which also accepts most debit and credit cards. We do not see or store your card details.

6. Delivery

We deliver within the UK and internationally with Royal Mail. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Ownership of the goods passes to you once they are delivered. 7. Cancellations and returns

You can cancel and return unopened, unused items within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened hair and cosmetic products cannot be returned unless faulty. Faulty or incorrect items are always replaced or refunded. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

8. Discount codes

Only one discount code can be used per order unless stated otherwise. Codes have no cash value, can’t be applied to past orders and may have an expiry date or minimum spend.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that isn’t foreseeable, for business losses, or for problems caused by using a product other than as instructed. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for your statutory rights.

10. Your account

Please keep your login details secure. You’re responsible for orders placed through your account.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the website when you place your order applies to that order.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts, and you keep the protection of your local consumer laws. If you have a problem, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it quickly.
